Training Programmes

Staff Members & Care Takers

The staff of the RF regularly attend the on-going training programmes in the following basic services, namely

Life Skill Development Training:

Life Skills through Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mind Management was attended by our staff.

Child Care and Protection Training:

Women and Child Welfare Ministry regularly updates training sessions for the integral development of the women and children. It is greatly beneficial to our staff

Capacity Building Training:

Bala Vikas has conducted many number of training programmes for our staff on “Strategic Planning and Result Based Management (RBM)”, “People Development Training”.

Special Skills for Special Needy Children :

Neuro Linguistic Training and Child Care Management by Disabled Ministry was organised for the staff of RF to increase the care and support for the needy.

Counselling and Empowerment Training:

Seminar on “Community Driven Development”, Leadership Training sessions were organised for the empowerment of the staff and the beneficiaries.

Financial Management Training :

Bala Vikas organisation has conducted a course on the “NGO Financial Management” for our staff and the regular feedback by the Auditor is being organised in the campus.

Health Management Training:

The Ministry of Health – Andhra Pradesh AIDS Control Society – regularly conducts Health Care Management for our staff especially for the Street Workers / Out Reach Workers, Nurse and Lab Technician.
